"Great work, Bronson Design!"
My order showed up on time and was packed well, looking good. I got a vanity mirror along with some light fixtures, so that was key for me. Everything was just as I ordered. They sent me tracking info when it shipped, which was a nice touch. I knew precisely when it would arrive. Absolutely loving my new bathroom!

Bronson Design had just the piece I was looking for, and it was way cheaper than what the manufacturer offered or what other sites were charging. I was a bit nervous about such a big discount, thinking maybe the quality would take a hit. But nope! My order showed up in less than a week and was packed like a champ. They used multiple boxes and plenty of protective wrapping to make sure everything arrived in perfect shape. I'm definitely a fan and can't wait to shop there again. Thanks a bunch!

Super quick and incredibly helpful when my order showed up without some parts. Sure, anyone can send stuff and take your money. But the real test comes when issues pop up. They handle any problems like pros and even follow up, which is awesome!

"Impressive quick replies and smooth order management for special requests"
I purchased a few table lamps along with a chandelier. The prices were great and the service was top-notch. When the chandelier showed up, a few crystals were damaged. This wasn’t Bronson Design’s fault, though. I reached out to them, and Dave got back to me in just a few hours. The very next day, they set up a replacement.

"Unique and Gorgeous Finds at This Store"
I bought a big hanging photo collage, and let me tell ya, it’s just beautiful. I receive tons of compliments on it! It features a nautical design and is proudly displayed in our beach house, showcasing pictures of all our grandkids. Every time I glance at it, I can’t help but smile. The order was handled super fast and smoothly, and the item turned out to be way better than I anticipated; really top-notch quality. "Thrilled with the fantastic service!"
I was on the hunt for some poufs for the rec room in my new beach house. They needed to be tangerine, of course. I scoured the website for ages and finally stumbled upon exactly what I was looking for at Bronson Design. After placing my order for two poufs, I got an email saying the tangerine fabric was being phased out. When I raised my concerns, the Bronson representative assured me she would check if she could still secure the two poufs for me... and she came through! I'm really pleased with them. Big thanks to Bronson!

"Gorgeous chandelier, but the chain's too short."
This chandelier is absolutely gorgeous! But man, that chain was way too short. I had to reach out to Bronson to get a longer one. Can you believe I got hit with a $20 fee for the new chain? What a letdown!

Dealing with these folks was a breeze, and what I got looked just like the picture in their catalog—actually, it was even better. The quality of the products is top-notch. The only hiccup was with the delivery timeline. It showed as available, but after placing my order, I got an email saying there would be a delay. Still, it showed up pretty close to when it was first supposed to. I would’ve rated them five stars if it weren’t for that little issue.
